Starbucks at Price Center has received Green Restaurant Certification Level 1. Congratulations!

Hello everyone,

Have you ever walked around Price Center (or UCSD, in general) and realized that the recycling/trash signs are poorly designed? Well, to address this issue, the Sustainability Resource Center and UCEN Sustainability have been working on Universal Waste Signage specifically for Price Center. These landfill and recycling signs will be posted around Price Center 1st floor. They will feature items that are used by Price Center vendors (ex. a Rubio's cup, a Panda Express to-go container, etc.), to reduce confusion among students. We are holding focus groups among students, staff, and faculty, to evaluate the effectiveness of these signs. Please sign up and be a part of something bigger on campus!
