The UC San Diego IGM Genomics Center is a next-generation sequencing facility overseen by the Institute for Genomic Medicine (IGM).

The IGM Genomics Center at the University of California, San Diego, is a core research facility overseen by the IGM. Located in Leichtag 172, the IGM Genomics Center provides a variety of services, including sequencing library preparation and sequencing on Illumina's HiSeq2500/2000 and MiSeq platforms as well as on the PacBio RS II Sequencing System.
