Last week the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS) welcomed top applicants for Fall 2021 to a virtual Interview Day(s). The hallmarks of the GSBS PhD include individualized attention and a supportive graduate school community, so we designed the event to allow as much time for conversations and interactions as would have been experienced in person. In addition to the applicants interviewing with potential faculty mentors and the Admissions Committee, they experienced lab tours, an interactive poster session, and a GSBS student lounge where they could drop in as often as desired to talk with current GSBS students. We can’t wait to know who will be joining us in September!
