As a divine mandate, God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden “to work it and keep it”. This shows that labor was designed to be meaningful stewardship, not a punishment.

TRUST IN GOD. CARRY YOUR CROSS ✝️

There are different types of readiness in self defense.

1. Physical readiness-your engine capacity and chassis durability. Can you red line your RPM’s ?
2. Technical readiness-do you have fighting and survival skills?
3. Mental readiness-are you read up on conflict communication? Conflict management? Science of violence and how it happens?
3. Situational readiness-do you have an active yet relaxed alertness?
4. Tactical readiness-do you have your safety tactics ready? Know all the exits and have a pre set plan for bugging in or out of a situation?
5. Environmental readiness-are you as ready for a violent emergency as much as you are ready for a medical emergency? What about a calamity emergency, have a plan?
6. Material readiness-this is what most self defense people have (ie a knife or a gun) but what about a tourniquet? Emergency water source? NBC mask?

LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT
7. Spiritual and psychological readiness-are you at peace with yourself and are you rt w God? Bc He loves you so much He sent his only begotten son. And whatever it is you disqualify yourself from, He’s got you. PAID IN FULL.
