HBIC and our Founder, the incredible Mrs. Cleta Harder, were honored last night as one of La Habra's Centennial 100 Legends & Legacies Awards Recipients. This was a huge honor, but very much deserved by such a magnificent human being. Cleta has lead a life of service to others and is a role model. She is the source of an improved quality of life for so many individuals with disabilities who otherwise would have gone without. An absolute inspiration.

Congratulations to many of the other honorees including La Habra Host Lions Club Vanessa Perkins La Habra Police Department Rotary Club of La Habra Boys & Girls Clubs of La Habra and so many others.
