Oldham County High School is a comprehensive public high school located 25 miles northeast of Louisville, Kentucky in Oldham County. OCHS is designed around the Professional Learning Community (PLC) concept. It is accredited by the Southern Association for Colleges and Schools (SACS) and was a National Blue Ribbon School during 1996-1997 and 2001-2002. OCHS is currently ranked in the top 15 high schools in the state of Kentucky.

Big day at the OC Health Department!/Mental Health Coalition! Blue was able to spotlight the benefits of therapy dogs and teenage anxiety.

Turns out a nose nudge and a soft ear to scratch can lower stress, quiet anxiety, and remind a student they're not alone. Blue doesn't judge grades, he doesn't care about drama...he just shows up, tail wagging, ready to sit with students and staff.

Grateful for the humans in Oldham County who are thinking hard about teen mental health — and who let Blue be part of the conversation.

Not sure anyone is as excited for Monday to get here as Blue! He gets so excited to see all his new friends at school!
