A special day for a group of our students! First a job fair put on by Coalition Forward, then Red Robin for lunch, and a little mall walking! We have been learning a lot about community resources lately. If you know of any places or organizations, in or around Oldham County, that would benefit our students, let me know!

🎃🍂 YATP had a wonderful fall day at Gallrein Farms! We picked pumpkins, explored the farm, and made some great memories together! 🚜🍁

The YATP has been super busy lately! We’ve hit our stride and have been all over the community. Friday, we even helped Buckner Elementary with their Fun Run! One more week until fall break and we are counting down the days!

We had a great day shopping at Kroger, having a lesson with Ms. Carrie, and working at Gustavo's!

Join us for a family resource fair to learn more about all the resources in our area for families that have a loved one with disabilities. The fair takes place Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 6-8 pm at the Arvin Center.

Yesterday, our boys went back to Second Stride, Inc.! They signed work contracts and ensured that they would do their best work every Tuesday. We love getting to hang with the horses after we work for a bit!

We have royalty in our midst! Last year, Addie was named the Best Buddies Champion of the Year for the state of Kentucky. CBI at Kroger today and Sean’s job site at Gustavo’s! We also spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful weather!!

Today was twin day for HOSA spirit week! We also had trips to the recycling center and Kroger!

Today was such an exciting day for the YATP!! We visited Wigglewow, an amazing organization who employs individuals with special needs and makes the best pet treats! Then lunch at Chick-fil-A and another work visit to Second Stride! I am exhausted and I’m sure the students are too!
