EOU Native American Program Eastern Oregon University's Native American Program & Speel-Ya Native American Student Council

Eastern Oregon University Native American Program promotes cultural education and is a social and cultural support group for new and returning students. The EOU NAP Program oversees the Speel-Ya Native American Student Council. Speel-Ya, (Coyote) was organized in the early 1970's and is one of Eastern Oregon University's oldest active clubs. The Indian Arts Festival Spring Pow Wow is co-hosted and organized by Speel-Ya.
