La Feria ISD is excited to prepare for our annual Back-to-School Bash, which will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. in the La Feria Early College High School Cafeteria.

We invite all La Feria ISD students and their families to join us for an evening of fun and preparation for the new school year. Families will receive important back-to-school information, and students can take advantage of free backpacks and free haircuts while supplies and appointments are available.

A special thank you to House of Fadez Barbershop for generously donating their time and talent to provide free haircuts for our students.

🎉 Congratulations to the WB Green Middle School Symphonic Band! 🎉

I’m proud to share that our recording of “Rust Belt” by William Owens earned 7th place in the entire state of Texas in the Outstanding Performance Series for the Middle School Non-Varsity Concert Division.

This recognition reflects the hard work, time, and skill these students demonstrated throughout the year. Their hard work, commitment to excellence, and growth as musicians made this achievement possible.

Congratulations to every student who was part of this performance. This also wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the parents, especially when it came to picking the students up late from sectionals. I also want to thank my coworkers for helping with the students, rehearsals, sectionals, and so much more. This is an accomplishment worth celebrating!
