The weather held out for our field trip to the pump track! We left the kindness rocked we painted back in March along the trails, took a hike and of course biked! Big thank you to Northside Elementary PTO for sponsoring our bus and Smith’s Bike shop for helping fund the purchase of our strider bikes!

Jumping our way to a field trip fund! First grade earned $1055 for our jump—a-thon! Mrs. S came up with all kinds of fun ways to jump!

Yesterday we worked on counting collections in math, then celebrated our 💯 ⭐️ cards with comfy pajamas,hot cocoa, and 🍪. First grade is the best! 😉

Today we learned about the life cycle of pumpkins 🎃, found different stages of pumpkins in our pumpkin patch, and scooped out the gooey pulp. The kids voted on a scary face to carve into our classroom pumpkin , so more to come…
