I am in Washington DC representing Pi Phi at the biennial Sigma conference. The culture from nurses around the globe sharing and inspiring others through their prentations has been amazing to witness. Everyone needs to learn to be culturally competent and be prepared to show caring and compassion that no language barrier can defy. I am proud to be a Sigma Nurse.

Pi Phi board members helped run the First Aid station this past weekend at the Enchanted Forest at Myrick park. It was a lot of fun seeing all the kids dressed in their Halloween costumes!
