We are ready to assist current and former students, alumni, parents, and university faculty and staff with a wide array of services, which include adding and dropping classes, degree/enrollment verification, obtaining transcripts, grade reporting, graduation certification, and more. Our office is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This means we strive for top-quality accuracy in ma

intaining student records, updating courses, reporting enrollment, providing advisement reports, and recording degrees earned. We also help develop the course schedules each term and administer the academic space in campus buildings. Finally, we confirm academic eligibility for student athletes and provide benefit services to our student veterans. We strive to fully protect student’s educational records as required by the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974 (FERPA). The law states that all student information not defined as directory information cannot be released to third parties without the written authorization of the student. This authorization must be given every time the student requests a transcript or asks that a third party be allowed access to the student’s educational record.

Starting September 1st, Students will be able to use Stellic to track their academic career and see what is left for them to complete their degree. Stellic will replace our Advisement Report. Summer grades are due today! If you ordered a transcript to be held for grades, it will go out once all professors have grades entered and processed. If you ordered a transcript held for degree, then it will still be held until the college of your major has processed your graduation!

Beginning this year incoming students will have new core General Education Requirements (CGER)! Students beginning this Summer 2026 and later will need to follow the CGER plan that can be found on our website here: https://www.uwlax.edu/.../student.../new-general-education/
Students who began before Summer 2026 will continue to follow the Gen Ed requirements that were in place when they began.
