After losing her mother, Charlene Elderkin spent years searching for a way to help patients at the end of life beyond medicine. It was attending an end-of-life conference and meeting a woman who played harp at the bedside that gave her the answer she needed. Today, Charlene is a therapeutic musician at Emplify Health by Gundersen, helping ease the transition for patients and their families.
