📚🥋 Back to School, Back to the Mats! 🥋📚

As a new school year begins, now is the perfect time to set routines that build discipline, confidence, and respect. At La Crosse American Jiu Jitsu, we equip kids not only with self-defense skills but also with the mindset to handle challenges in and out of the classroom.

-Anti-Bullying: Our students learn how to stand tall, stay calm, and protect themselves while showing kindness and courage.
-Discipline & Routine: Consistent training helps kids focus better at school, follow through on responsibilities, and build healthy habits.
-Standing Up for the Underdog: We emphasize respect for others and the importance of speaking up when someone is being treated unfairly.

🗓️Class Schedule:
👉Ages 4–7 → Mondays & Wednesdays | 4–5 PM
👉Ages 7–14 → Mondays & Wednesdays | 5–6 PM
👉Homeschool Jiu Jitsu → Fridays | 11–12 PM (Intro) & 12–1 PM (Intermediate)
