Upward Bound at UW-La Crosse A federally funded TRiO program that serves first-generation and/or low-income high school students in the La Crosse and Monroe Counties.

We provide guidance and support for young people who want to attend college. Upward Bound is a TRIO program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. We serve students in 9th through 12th grade from La Crosse & Monroe counties through year-round programming, including:
- Weekly tutoring sessions
- Career exploration
- College visits
- 6-week residential summer program at UW-La Crosse
