We planned and prepared for a new school year today! More importantly, we gathered, laughed, welcomed some new staff members, and decided we all missed each other and our students all summer long! We are getting all geared up to welcome students back!!!!!! We will see students tomorrow for pictures (1-6pm), open house (5-6pm), and our PTO touch-a-truck (5-7pm)! Thank you Spence Elementary PTO! Remember to get your skyward student info update completed, and you’ll then be able to see your student’s 26/27 classroom teacher in their skyward schedule.

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE! 🌿🌿🌼🌼 Our GROW La Crosse Spence Garden Party has been **rescheduled** for JULY 29 from 5pm to 6:30pm. Remember that the Spence Elementary PTO will have lemonade and cookies at this event. We're planning to have TONS of fun!

Garden veggies were on the menu at some or our schools earlier this week! A fun collaboration with GROW La Crosse makes it possible to serve fresh veggies from our school gardens every year!

Kids got to try garden cucumbers and fresh beets at Spence Elementary School!
