Mason & Henry George‼️

You can always count on these boys to live by the motto: “If you’re juiceless, you’re useless.”

They bring the energy, intensity, and consistency it takes to produce REAL results. Day in and day out, they show up ready to work, compete, and get better‼️

And you can almost guarantee one thing before every session ends… BROTHER COMPETITION‼️👊🏼

Keep grinding. Keep competing. Keep setting the standard, George boys‼️🔥

Aerobic vs Anaerobic training?

Playing at a high level means being able to perform when the game is on the line, not just when you’re fresh.

Many games are decided in the final minutes, making the ability to maintain speed, power, and decision-making throughout competition a critical part of performance.

Conditioning should match the demands of your sport:

🏃 Aerobic Conditioning
Supports sustained activity and repeated movement over longer periods. Sports like cross country and soccer place a significant demand on the aerobic system.

⚡ Anaerobic Conditioning
Supports short, high-intensity efforts where the body needs to produce power quickly. Sprinting, jumping, and repeated explosive actions rely heavily on anaerobic energy systems.

For anaerobic training, quality recovery matters. Adequate rest allows athletes to reproduce high levels of speed and power on each repetition. Without enough recovery, performance drops.

For aerobic training, athletes typically work continuously or with shorter recovery periods, maintaining an elevated but manageable heart rate.

Most sports require both systems. The key is understanding the demands of your sport and training accordingly.

A simple way to assess your conditioning demands:

⏱️ Short bouts + frequent breaks: Greater anaerobic emphasis
Think football, tennis, baseball, or sprint-based events.

⏱️ Longer bouts + continuous movement: Greater aerobic emphasis
Think soccer, cross country, or distance-based events.

Train for the demands of your sport. 💯

Abby Berendes‼️

Abby’s journey with ETS started back in March, and there is one thing you can always count on her to be… CONSISTENT‼️

For the last five months, Abby has been attacking 3–4 sessions every week. She’s had plenty of great training days, and some that weren’t her best, but her consistent mindset and relentless work ethic continue to move the needle forward at a high level‼️

Abby has increased her RSI by 7%, added 325 Newtons of peak power to her Countermovement Jump, and lowered her Flying 10 from 1.55 seconds ➡️ 1.47 seconds‼️🚀

Abby, keep stacking days, trusting the process, and compounding your efforts‼️🧱 The best is still ahead. 🏀⚽️
