Tonight was my last PTO meeting at Northside elementary school. I have been active in pro since Max was in kindergarten at Roosevelt and all of his and now Remy's years at Northside. They gave me this beautiful hanging basket and a card.....I'm not crying...you're crying. Yes I cried a little, and ugly cried in my car after reading the nice things written in it for me. I was happy to be a part of such a great organization and I will miss the first Tuesday of each month meetings.

Thank you to the staff for giving up the use of your break room to set up the holiday gift shop this week. I believe it went well and kids were excited to pick out a gift for their special family member.

Are you excited for school to start???? Tomorrow (Tuesday July 12th) is the back to school open house. Come and meet your students teacher and drop off their supplies in their new classroom. Open house is 5:30-6:30 hope to see you there. Stop by the PTO table and learn how you can be a part of your students school success.

Hoping everyone is enjoying summer vacation. Your PTO is busy planning upcoming meetings. Watch for a post next week with meetings dates, we'd love to have more parents join us in the PTO.

Hello families and students.... tomorrow Thursday May 12th is FAMILY NIGHT from 5:30-7....it's also our annual bike night. You are welcome to ride your bike to school and join in the fun. We will also be giving away over 10 gently loved bikes to kids who may not have one. Please join us for a meal and fun. There will also be a bike Dr there to help check out your bike for you. Hope to see you there.
