Our St. Francis 4x200 relay team battled through a loaded field of 36 teams and came away with National Championship Gold, while shattering their own school record by over two seconds!

The road continues!

After an impressive CIF-SS Division 3 playoff run, the Golden Knights are headed north to Bakersfield for the opening round of the CIF State Baseball Championships. St. Francis enters the matchup with a 16-13-1 record and has battled through one of the toughest schedules in Southern California, earning playoff victories over Crescenta Valley, Cajon, and Warren before reaching the CIF-SS Semifinals.

Standing in the way is a red-hot Bakersfield Christian squad that enters the state playoffs at 26-6-1, winners of 17 of their last 18 games and fresh off a Central Section Division II Championship. The Eagles feature a powerful offense and have been one of the hottest teams in California heading into the state tournament.

Two battle-tested programs. One chance to keep the season alive.

It all comes down to this. Your Golden Knights (17-13-1) are headed to the CIF-SS Division 3 Semifinals! We’re riding high on a 3-game win streak after a gritty 3-1 victory over Warren High, and the boys are locked in to keep the momentum shifting forward. 🛡️

It won’t be easy as we’re facing a hot Mira Costa squad (19-12) coming off a big quarterfinal win, but we’re ready to earn our spot in the show. This is more than just a game; it’s “A Chance to Get to the Finals.”

We need the Golden Knight Nation louder than ever. Pack the stands and let’s bring that energy to the coast! 🌴🔥

SEMIFINALS BOUND. ⚾️🔥

The Golden Knights are headed to the CIF-SS Division 3 Semifinals after a huge 3-1 victory over Warren. Senior Caysen Sullivan was sensational on the mound, battling through 6 dominant innings and leaving absolutely everything out there for his team. Donovan Udell slammed the door shut with a clutch save to send St. Francis one step closer.

The energy in the dugout tonight was special.. every pitch, every out, every moment felt like playoff baseball at its best.

St. Francis has now won three straight playoff games and will travel to face Mira Costa on Tuesday, May 26 at 3:15pm in the CIF-SS Division 3 Semifinals. Mira Costa enters after winning the Bay League and advancing through a tough playoff bracket of their own.

Behind a strong outing from senior pitcher Aiden Mahoney the Golden Knights defeat a very good Cajon team by the score of 5-2. Great team win! Lots of hits and amazing plays in the field by an array of players.

The road to a title continues today! Our Golden Knights host Cajon in the second round of the CIF-SS Division 3 Playoffs. ⚔️⚾️

There is no better way to celebrate a Mission League victory than a gameday at home. We also want to wish a very Happy Birthday to our own assistant Coach Jeff Durfee! Let’s bring the energy to the complex and get this win for Coach. 🎂🛡️
