Huge Saturday for the squad at the Arcadia Relays! We showed up to Arcadia High School ready to work, and the results speak for themselves.

From the starting blocks to the final stretch, the energy was unmatched. A massive shoutout to Luke Fernandez for an absolutely standout performance—way to lead the pack!

Hardware: Coming home with a heavy collection of medals.

Huge congratulations to SFHS Class of 2022 alumnus Dario Rock on his incredible performance for Duke Track & Field at the JDL Asics Last Chance Invite!

Dario continues to represent the Golden Knight spirit at the highest level. Check out his recent highlights:

1st Place Finish: Dario took the top spot in the Men’s 60m Hurdles with a lightning-fast time of 8.02. 🥇

Duke History: He didn't stop there; Dario clocked an official personal best of 7.99, moving him up to 3rd All-Time in Duke University history for the 60m Hurdles! 🥉📈
