Since 2004 Assist Athletics has been providing unique classes and camps aimed at giving kids the best possible sports experience. Assist Athletics offers youth sports and sport training programs for athletes and kids of all ages. Our coaches have over 40 years combined experience working with athletes of all ages and levels.

WILDFIRE UPDATE: New Winter Sports Calendar ⚾🏈⚽🏀 Most classes were postponed due to the fires. We’re looking forward to getting the winter session started this week. Most of the classes below have spaces available.

We’re teaming up with the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge (CCLCF) to bring you our Winter 2025 Blitz programs! From January 7 to February 24, kids can dive into Dodgeball, Soccer, Flag Football, T-ball, Mini Sports Blitz, and Basketball. Each session is packed with teamwork, skill-building, and nonstop excitement! Secure your child’s spot now—this is the ultimate after-school sports adventure they won’t want to miss.

Get ready for the ultimate after-school sports adventure with Coach Andy. Our LCE Sports Blitz Winter Session kicks off on January 15th and runs through March 12th. It’s nine weeks of pure fun, skill-building, and friendly competition right after school on the LCE playground. Open to Grades 1-6, Wednesdays from 3–4 p.m., for just $200!
