An amazing day teaching an outside action art class. Loved the community energy and watching everyone deveop their own style as they become more and more comfortable leaving the boundaries of painting behind!

At the juvenile detention center we learned about Paul Klee who was exiled from Germany during WWII for his degenerate art. Amazing how "degenerate" has changed over the last 100 years!

Made some postecards at the Juvenile center today using techniques by Matisse to paint with scissors then wrote poems on the back!

Always a lot of fun to do classes on blind contours, especially with the kids at the Hays County Juvenile Detention Center.
