We are collecting pet food and supplies to help the animals at the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter, and we’d love for our families and community to join us! 🐶🐱

We’re collecting:
🐾 Dog & cat food
🐾 Treats
🐾 Toys
🐾 Blankets & towels
🐾 Leashes & collars
🐾 Other new pet supplies

Every donation, big or small, helps provide comfort and care to animals waiting for their forever homes. 🥰🐾

🔥 Texas said, "Let's crank the heat up!" ...but JBG heating & Air Conditioning said, "Not on our watch!" ❄️😎

A HUGE shoutout to the amazing team at JBG Air for working well into the evening to get our A/C back up and running. Thanks to their hard work, our gym is cool, comfortable, and ready for all the running, jumping, dancing, and playing our kiddos can handle!

Let's be honest... nobody wants sweaty summer campers (or teachers! 😂), and these guys made sure we didn't have to find out what that looked like.

We are so thankful for their dedication, quick response, and willingness to stay until the job was done. In this Texas heat, they're the real MVPs! 🏆❄️

If you see the JBG Air crew around, be sure to give them a big thank you—they definitely earned it!

☀️✨ June was one for the books at Rocking Horse Academy! ✨☀️

Can you believe how much fun we packed into one month? 💙

From tiny first steps to big adventures, June was full of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories!

🎨 We created colorful works of art that showed off our creativity.
🎉 We celebrated exciting theme days that had everyone smiling. Who doesn't love a pajama day?!
👣 We cheered on our little ones as they reached one of life's biggest milestones—taking their first steps! There is nothing sweeter than watching their confidence grow.
🤠 Our Corral Kids had an amazing time on their field trips, exploring the world around them and making memories with their friends.
🔥 We gathered around campfires, made delicious s'mores, and had so much fun making our own "campfire cakes!"
📚 And of course, every adventure was filled with learning through play, discovery, exploration, and hands-on experiences.

Watching our students learn, grow, and make new friends is what makes every day at Rocking Horse Academy so special. ❤️

With great joy and pride, we congratulate Ms. Kylie Greene, recipient of the Tracy D. Terrell Memorial Scholarship. Kylie, daughter of Ms. Leslie Greene, was named Honor Graduate of her graduating class at Live Oak Academy. Her journey has been one of dedication, perseverance, and excellence. She spent 6 years at Rocking Horse Academy and continued to distinguish herself as an honor student at Barton Middle School and at Hays High School before transferring to Live Oak Academy. Today, she serves as a full time teacher at Rocking Horse Academy, giving back to the same community that helped shape her. This fall she will begin her studies at ACC. We are incredibly proud of Kylie and all she has accomplished, and look forward to all the wonderful things her future holds.

Welcome to the Big Top! Teacher Appreciation kicked off today and it’s already the The Greatest Show on Earth. No clowning around our families are so awesome and our teachers and staff are loving the treats! An elephant sized thank you to our Ringmaster, Ms. Leslie for making it a full on big top experience.
