Join us for Daniel G. Benes Science Show at the library tomorrow for ages 5-12 years!

All Thursday Summer Performers are ticketed events. Tickets will be available for pickup at 9:30 AM tomorrow (6/4/26) morning for both the 1 PM and 3 PM showings. Tickets are FREE and are limited to five per family/group. You must have an active Kyle Public Library card to pick up your tickets.

Dig into Reading: A Summer of Discovery started off with a splash as we created deep sea inspired crafts! 🐠

Join us for Summer Crafts every week this summer on Mondays from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Tuesdays from 1 - 3 p.m. (same crafts both days) to create something unique inspired by each week’s theme.

Watch this quick reel for the full step-by-step process so you’re ready to grab your spot before the fun begins. The basics: ALL Summer Performers are ticketed events. Events are limited capacity with tickets available while supplies last. Tickets will be available for pickup at 9:30 am on the morning of the event. Tickets are limited to five (5) per family / group. You must have an active Kyle Public Library card to pick up your tickets.

Experience Texas-sized fun with the air-conditioned Texas Big Rig Gaming Theater here at KPL with 806 Events on Thursday, June 11. Step inside the ultimate rolling gaming arena and dive into nonstop action, epic games, and zero boredom.

Available Teen (ages 13-17) sessions are at 5:30 and 6 PM. Adult (18+) sessions are at 6:30 and 7 PM.

Call the library today at 512-268-7411 to reserve your spot. An active library card is required to secure your session. Don't wait, spaces will fill quickly!

It's officially our first week of summer programs and storytimes at KPL. Here's everything you need to know.

All storytimes will be limited to the first 50 people to ensure a safe, quality program. Please plan to arrive early.

Events with the 🎟️ emoji are ticketed events. Tickets will be available to pick up at the library 30 minutes before event start time. Tickets are free.

Now, our Thursday Special Events are a little bit different this year. All Thursday Summer Performers are ticketed events. Tickets will be available for pickup at 9:30 AM on the morning of the event. Tickets are limited to five per family/group. You must have an active Kyle Public Library card to pick up your tickets.

Looking for fun ways to keep your teens creative and connected this summer? Join us for Teen Makerspace events all summer long at KPL.

We're kicking things off with Teen Makerspace Shrinky D***s on Thursday, June 4 at 6 p.m. Teens ages 13-17 can hang out, get creative, and design their own custom Shrinky D**k creations to take home.

These dinos are getting a headstart on their summer reading! 🦖📚

Our Summer Reading Kickoff starts TODAY! Stop by the library any time this week to pick up your reading challenge log, check out the prizes you could win, and see all the fun we have planned for this Summer of Discovery.

We’ll also have drop-in crafts all week long to help you get into the summer spirit. Join us Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday from 12 - 2 p.m. The same craft will be available each day, so families can stop by whenever works best for them.

It's time for Summer Kickoff at the library!

We will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Then join us starting Tuesday, May 26 for our Summer Kickoff Week with reading challenge sign-ups, activities, crafts, and plenty of new books to check out for summer break.

You can stop by anytime to sign up for the Summer Reading Program, pick up your log, and check out the prizes. See you at the library!
