We are so proud of our team so far at the UMAHOF! We had an amazing seminar. GM John Olds, Masters Seonok Maeng and Nicholas Juarez, and Mr Jesse Trader put together an awesome learning experience! Our students kicked some serious butt in kickboxing and grappling last night, and then again today at the tournament. Catch our Demo Team this evening, as they perform before the Hall of Fame inductees! 🎉💪👏💫🔥

Much of the time, it is our children who need us—but every so often, if we are sensitive enough to look closely, we realize they have so much to teach us as well. Be like Liang and Leo, who are setting a powerful example through their unwavering dedication to each other and to the martial arts.

It isn’t easy to follow in the footsteps of our children. We wrestle with self‑doubt, and we fear “looking silly,” but what we overlook in that moment is the incredible journey of self‑development we’re denying ourselves. More importantly, we risk missing a fleeting and precious opportunity: the chance to build an unbreakable bond with our children, grounded in a shared passion—one that is wholesome, expansive, and deeply profound.
