On our Monday assembly, we celebrated our students who achieved perfect attendance for the ENTIRE school year! 🎉 Their names were entered into 2 scooters raffle. Congratulations to all of them!! This is not an easy accomplishment!

We had our Sunny Hour (In-School Clubs) last week, and it was an incredible success! ☀️ Students had a wonderful time exploring new activities, building friendships, and making lasting memories together.

¡Felicidades a los ganadores de nuestro Reto de Asistencia Perfecta! 🤩 Faltar a la escuela es perderse de grandes oportunidades, y estos estudiantes demostraron un increíble compromiso al asistir todos los días. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de ellos! ☀️

We had so many amazing things happening on campus this week, and one of those was our first Author Fair! Big shoutout to our amazing library tech Mrs. Gunter and to all of the talented students that participated! Thank you to those in our community that joined our students in the celebration. ☀️

¡Esta semana sucedieron muchísimas cosas increíbles en el campus, y una de ellas fue nuestra primera Feria de Autores! ¡Un gran reconocimiento a nuestra fantástica asistente de biblioteca, la Sra. Gunter, y a todos los talentosos estudiantes que participaron! Gracias a los miembros de nuestra comunidad que se unieron a nuestros estudiantes en esta celebración. ☀️

We would like to congratulate our TEAM participants!

9 of our 5th graders participated in the Texas Education Art Meet Competition and ALL of them scored exemplary on at least one of their entries!

4 students, Lina G., Amy C., Rachel S., and Klaire V. received a top score of 12! So proud of them. ❤️🎊🎨

We hope all of our teachers and staff had a fabulous Teacher Appreciation Week! Thank you to all of our parents, SHES PTA, CIS, and community partners for helping make this week so special for our teachers and staff.

Throughout the week, we celebrated our teachers with daily treats, fun activities, and a “Finish the Lyrics Challenge,” where one teacher each day won a fun speaker prize. We wrapped up the week by providing hot dogs and chips with the support of the Knights of Columbus.

¡Esperamos que todos nuestros maestros y personal hayan disfrutado de una fabulosa Semana de Apreciación al Maestro! Gracias a todos nuestros padres de familia, PTA, CIS y comunidad por ayudar a hacer de esta semana algo tan especial para nuestros maestros y personal.

Durante la semana, celebramos a nuestros maestros con detalles diarios, actividades divertidas y el reto de “Completa la Canción”, donde cada día un maestro ganó una divertida bocina como premio. Cerramos la semana proporcionando hot dogs y papitas con el apoyo de los Knights of Columbus.
