We are beyond grateful and honored to announce that we have been voted one of the Best Childcare Facilities & Learning Centers in Hays County for 2025–2026! 🏆✨

Competing against childcare centers stretching from the Austin city limits to the New Braunfels city limits, including many well-known national franchise centers such as Rocking Horse, The Learning Experience, The Goddard School, Stepping Stones, and many other established programs, we are incredibly proud to have earned 2nd Place in Hays County!

This recognition means so much to our entire team because it represents more than an award; it represents the love, dedication, patience, and hard work we pour into our classrooms every single day. ❤️

Before this achievement, we were honored to receive 3rd Place in previous years, and to continue growing and improving year after year is a true blessing.

This simple activity is very important:
We are learning number recognition and one-to-one correspondence, which are foundational early math skills.

Children are learning to:
🔢 Recognize numerals (1–10)
Matching the written number at the top with the correct quantity below.

⚪ Count objects accurately
Counting the dots and connecting them to the numeral.

👆 One-to-one correspondence
Understanding that each dot represents one count (1 dot = 1, 2 dots = 2, etc.).

🧠 Number sense
Seeing that numbers represent quantities and that the quantities increase as the numbers get larger.

👀 Visual discrimination
Comparing different amounts and noticing which groups have more or fewer objects.

✍️ Pre-writing skills (if children helped make the numbers/dots)
Tracing or forming numerals with the paint or marker.
