Divinely Inspired

Something in your life has been buried, but heaven says it’s not over.
As I lay here preparing to get up for A Community That Prays, the Spirit of God led me to read Matthew 27:51–53
And I could not move past what I saw.
I knew this wasn’t just for me… it was for someone connected to this community.
Have you ever felt like something in your life has been buried,
promises, hope, strength, or even parts of you?

Let me encourage you today…
In that moment, before Jesus even got out of the grave,
the graves started opening.

Things that were once dead began to rise.
You see,
before Jesus even got out of the grave…
the grave started releasing what it could no longer hold.
That means…
the power of God was already at work
BEFORE the full manifestation was seen.
So just because you don’t see it yet…
doesn’t mean God isn’t moving.
Some things in your life are already shifting.
Some doors are already opening.
Some chains are already breaking.
The grave couldn’t hold what God had already touched.
And neither can your situation.
If you’re in Kyle, TX… come pray with us this morning.
There is power in agreement.
📍 101 S. Burleson St, Kyle, TX (Gazebo)
⏰ Arrive at 9:45 AM | Prayer begins at 10 AM
As we approach Resurrection Sunday, don’t wait until Sunday to believe…
Believe today.
Trust today.
Expect today.
Because if the grave had to give it up then,
it still has to give it up now.
What God has touched… cannot stay buried.

May I encourage you today?

Have you ever made it through something and later realized… it was only by the grace of God?
Today, my heart is full of gratitude.
Grateful to see another day.
Grateful to make it home.
Grateful to know that God’s hand is on my life, and that the angels assigned to me are on their duty.

I am especially grateful for those who cover me and pray with me.
The more I walk with God, the more I understand the weight of that assignment.

There are people God has positioned to pray, to intercede, and to stand in the gap. Some things never reached me because someone was covering me, with prayers and pure love.

And that humbles me.
Because there have been moments when my life literally flashed before me… not once, but multiple times.

There was a time I know without a doubt that angels lifted my car.
And recently, again… on Thursday… an 18-wheeler tire came flying toward me while I was driving 70 mph. In that moment, I felt like the very hand of God blocked it.
What was coming toward me could have been devastating…
but God blocked it.
And when I look back, each time I was either worshipping or listening to His Word.

That reminds me… His presence is not just comfort, it is protection.
His Word is not just encouragement, it is life.
This is why I keep my mind on Jesus.

Because I see clearly now… God has been keeping me all along.

So may I encourage you today?
Do not take His covering for granted.
Stay close to Him.
Keep worship in your mouth and His Word in your heart.

Because when you look back over your life…
you may realize it wasn’t luck that kept you.
It was the hand of God.
This reminds me of an old song…
“As I look back over my life, and I think things over… I can truly say that I’ve been blessed. I’ve got a testimony…” 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

I’m kept for purpose.❤️🙏🏾

May I encourage you today?

Today I felt the pressure. The kind of pressure that tries to hit you mentally, spiritually, and financially all at once. For a moment it can feel overwhelming, like the enemy is trying to push you off course.
But in the middle of it, God reminded me of something powerful.

Olives have to be pressed for the oil to come out.
So the enemy thought the pressure would break me… but all it really did was press the oil out. What he meant for harm only revealed the strength, the anointing, and the faith that God has placed inside of me.

And I made a decision today, I will praise God anyway.
Now let me speak directly to you.
If you are feeling the pressure right now…
If life has been coming at you from every direction…

If the enemy thought he could discourage you or make you quit…

Hear me clearly...
You will rise.
The pressure is not your ending.
The pressing is producing something in you.
The oil is being released.
When your feet hit the floor, the enemy will discover he messed with the wrong one.

You will rise.
You will stand.
And God will get the glory. 🙏🏾🙌🏾💃🏿

📖 “We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed…” 2 Corinthians 4:8 (NKJV)

May I Encourage You Today? 🩷

Have you ever felt the tension of being misunderstood for simply being yourself? I have...
The truth is, there will always be people who don’t like you, and sometimes they won’t even know why. Not because you harmed them. Not because you wronged them. Sometimes it’s simply because your light exposes something they haven’t yet settled within themselves.

And that can feel confusing. It can feel unfair. It can even make you question yourself.
But hear me, please… you cannot shrink your authenticity to fit someone else’s confusion.
People who are still searching for their own identity may mislabel your growth as “fake,” degrade you, or compare themselves to you. They may question your changes, your obedience, or the direction your life is taking, not because you’re wrong, but because your journey looks unfamiliar to them.

And here’s the truth many don’t talk about...
One day, some of the very people who misjudged you may walk a similar road. They will experience the stretching, the discipline, the obedience, and the courage it takes to keep going. With time often comes understanding, it's different when it's them.

With maturity often comes appreciation.
But you cannot pause your purpose waiting for their revelation.
Galatians 1:10 (NKJV) reminds us:
“For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.”
And Psalm 139:14 declares that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Not partially made. Not mistakenly made. Wonderfully made.
So stay authentic.
Stay grounded.
Stay kind.
And most of all Stay obedient.

Release the weight of other people’s opinions today. You are not called to be understood by everyone, you are called to be faithful to the one that created you.

And that is more than enough. 🩷

Motivation Monday 💛

Unfortunately, many communities, cities, and even countries are slowly losing something valuable,
our small businesses, mom & pop shops, storefront churches, local ministries, and individuals who make a positive impact.

And often…
we don’t realize their worth
until the doors are closed,
the lights are off,
or their presence is no longer there.
I’ve seen firsthand how hard it is to keep the doors open, the lights on, and the vision alive.
These are more than buildings and organizations.
They are people.
Prayer warriors.
Mentors.
Servants.
Quiet helpers.
Often the ones who serve the most… are the ones seen the least.

They are community anchors.
So today, I want to encourage you:
Support your local ministries, businesses, and individuals, while they are still here.
And support doesn’t always mean money.
Here are a few simple ways we can help:
• Give your time, volunteer, show up, attend
• Share your skills, administration, media, teaching, organizing
• Use your voice, recommend them, post them, invite others
• Offer your presence, encouragement matters more than we think
• Pray for them, leadership, provision, protection, and wisdom
Strong communities are built when we value what God places among us.

Let’s not wait until something is gone to honor what it meant.
Support while it’s standing.
Cover while it’s growing.
Celebrate while it’s serving.
Healthy communities don’t happen by accident, they’re built by people who choose to care.

May I encourage you today?
There are seasons when life feels heavier than expected, when health challenges, finances, grief, or unanswered prayers stretch you in ways no one else can imagine.
If you’re doing everything you can and still feel like it’s not enough, pause for a moment and take a deep breath.
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28 (NKJV)

This time of year can magnify the pressure to produce, provide, and pretend everything is okay. But remember this truth: you matter, and your family matters, not because of what you can give, but because of who you are.
After my family experienced loss on Christmas Day, I was reminded that in the hardest moments, gifts don’t matter nearly as much as love, presence, and faith. Jesus truly is the reason for the season.
“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given.”
Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV)

So if all you have today is faith the size of a mustard seed, that’s enough.
If all you can offer is love and presence, that is enough.
If all you can do is whisper a prayer, that is enough.

Therefore, let me encourage you today to hold your family close. Say “I love you” out loud.
And remember to give a gift to the One who laid down His life for you. May I share what’s on His list? He just wants to be accepted into your heart.

Much ❤️
