May I encourage you today?
God reminded me of a vision He gave me a long time ago.
I saw a train moving. 🚆
For a long time, that train seemed to move slowly. There were stops along the way. Some people got on. Some stayed for a while. Some reached their stop and got off. And some simply weren't ready when the train came through.
But now, I see something different.
The train is picking up speed. There is MOMENTUM.
And the people getting on in this season are coming prepared for the journey.
They brought what they needed with them.
Their gifts.
Their experience.
Their wisdom.
Their resources.
Their connections.
Their willingness to serve.
They don't have to spend this season unpacking and trying to figure out what they brought. They already know what God put inside of them.
They're fastening their seatbelts and saying, “I'm ready for the ride.”
And that really begins to speak to me.
Because some people who traveled with you in one season couldn't continue into the next one.
Some people simply reached their stop. God may have another divine connection for them to make and another assignment for them to fulfill. Their next destination may be ordained by God, it just may not be with you.
But others didn't have the capacity, perseverance, endurance, or maturity required for where the journey was going.
Some had not allowed God to process their hearts.
Some had not allowed Him to renew their minds.
Some weren't ready for what the next level would require.
And God knew that what was unresolved in one season could become destructive in another.
So while we thought things were falling apart, God was building and rebuilding.
He was testing.
He was trying.
He was pruning.
He was processing.
And now something beautiful is happening:
Those who have been through the process are beginning to recognize one another.
There is a different connection when you've been tested and still have a heart to serve.
There's a different connection when you've been pruned and you're not bitter.
There's a different connection when you don't need a title to bring your gift to the table.
You recognize the people who came to build, not just ride.
And may I encourage you today not to count out the ones God has been preparing in private.
Their ministry may not have been the largest.
Their name may not have been the most popular.
They may not have had the biggest platform or the most people following them.
But their heart is pure. Their hands have remained faithful. And the anointing on their life is real.
Don't mistake visibility for anointing.
Zechariah 4:10 reminds us not to despise the day of small things.
Some people have been serving, praying, building, and remaining faithful when very few people were watching.
Don't count them out. God hasn't.
It's been a long road. It hasn't always been easy. But I can see the pieces coming together.
The puzzle pieces are beginning to connect.
So may I encourage you today?
Stay in the game.
Don't give up.
Don't give in.
Don't become complacent.
And don't start slacking because you've been riding for a while.
Bring your gifts to the table.
The Kingdom needs what God placed inside of you.
This isn't the season to sit back and watch somebody else build. It's time for each of us to bring our piece so that together we can see the bigger picture God has been creating all along.
I believe God is bringing together people who have been tested, tried, pruned, processed, and prepared.
The train is moving.
The momentum is building.
The pieces are coming together.
This is not the season to check out.
This is the season to CHECK IN.
Fasten your seatbelt.
We have somewhere to go. 🚆
