Kutztown University New Student Orientation

Orientation is coming up! If you haven’t already, be sure to complete the Online Pre-Orientation module before your orientation day.

This module will walk you through everything you need to know before attending orientation. If you are registered for orientation, check your email for a link to get started!

Hey Golden Bears!!

Orientation season is right around the corner, who’s excited?! We know we are which is why we are sharing our New Student Orientation wishlist with you.

1. Submit your ID picture! You will receive a link to submit your photo 2-weeks prior to your orientation date.

2. Make sure to take the ALEKS math placement.

3. Don’t forget to follow us on all social media platforms to see updates and important information about your orientation!

We wish you all a strong finish to your semesters and can’t wait to see you soon!

Hey future Golden Bears! Will you be attending Accepted Student Reception on April 5th? Be sure to stop by our table at the event!

Students who pay their Advance Registration Deposit AND attend Accepted Student Reception will have the opportunity for early, on-site registration at ASR by stopping by the New Student Orientation table. Hope to see you there! 🐻

If you are a student looking for an on campus job (with summer work available) look no further! New student orientation is looking for current students who are excited to share their passion and love of the university to the next group of incoming students!

Applications are open now on Handshake! Feel free to stop by our information night on October 22nd to hear more about being an orientation facilitator.

We hope everyone is settled in and comfortable in their dorms! While we still have events going on tonight, don’t forget about tomorrow’s lineup! Remember unless you have been excused, all freshmen must attend required events! And be sure to wear your class tshirt!

Golden Success Hours on Saturday 8/24 will give new students a chance to learn some last minute important pieces in preparation for the start of classes. Check out the schedule below for a full slate of what to expect during the sessions!
