Baskets & Boards

I had the pleasure of teaching at the Odyssey weaving convention this past week in Gettysburg, hosted by the Central PA Basket Weavers Guild. Teaching 4 different baskets in 4 days
to 34 amazing ladies really got me out of my comfort zone and I loved every minute of it! Great job on every one!

What a great way to spend a Saturday!
Barn Quilt painting class at the Country Seat was so much fun with beautiful outcomes. We progressed from quilt patterned slotted based baskets to barn quilts which will be displayed outdoors. Great job, ladies and thank you Angie Longenecker Wagner for hosting!

What an amazing 2 days of weaving at Kettle Creek Pottery! These Oval Market Baskets turned out fantastic. It was so much fun to see the creativity from everyone, from their color choices to designing their own patterns. Of course the best part of both days was seeing returning friends and meeting new ones! Thanks to
Amy Manson for giving me this opportunity! Coming soon in April… W**e Baskets!

It was a weaving kind of weekend with old friends and new. A great group of 10 ladies at the Country Seat and of course in my workshop, my happy place! Lots of conversations, laughs and above all, gorgeous baskets!

Summer is right around the corner!
I still have room for corn hole board orders. Custom, hand painted and regulation dimensions.
Give a shout out if you have a set (with a picture if possible)!

Willa (and of course Jeff too) were the best hut greeters at the Easton Winter Festival yesterday!
We had a great day meeting so many wonderful people who stopped to shop and chat. Two more weekends of the festivities!

Come visit us at The Easton Winter Village! We’re there for the next 3 weekends with handwoven baskets, painted vintage signs, fresh wreaths, sprays and logs.

A beautiful day at Quiet Valley for an outdoor basketry class under their pavilion. So many new faces came out to weave the Blue Jean tote and all turned out beautifully.
Wonderful group of ladies!
