Mr. Kelly participated in an externship program a couple of weeks ago. Thank you to all the partners who shared their facilities and expertise.

Motiva is committed to nurturing future talent by investing in educators. In partnership with Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas, our Teacher Externship program welcomed five teachers from a cohort of 45 representing 20 school districts in Jefferson, Hardin, and Orange counties. Participants toured operational areas and each created a lesson plan based on their experiences, bringing valuable real-world knowledge back to their students. This initiative helps connect classroom learning to meaningful career pathways, reinforcing our commitment to building the workforce of tomorrow.

Congratulations to Bryce Mumford for graduating with a Construction Basic Certificate from Lamar State College Orange!

Two other Kountze High School students also completed the certificate but were unable to attend these commencement exercises.
