π³π A LITTLE FALL FUN IN THE KHS AG DEPARTMENT! ππ³
Our Ag students got to put an old-fashioned weather prediction tradition to the test by tasting persimmons and examining the seeds!
After cutting open 11 persimmon seeds, hereβs what they discovered:
π₯ 6 Spoons β Lots of snow! βοΈ
πͺ 2 Knives β Cold, icy winds! π₯Ά
π΄ 1 Fork β A mild winter! βοΈ
β 2 Blank Seeds β Keeping us guessing!
According to folklore, the shapes inside persimmon seeds can predict what kind of winter is ahead.
With 6 spoons leading the way, our Ag students might want to get those snow boots ready! βοΈπ
What do you think? Will the persimmons be right this year?
