💛 Join the Kōloa Elementary PTA!

PTA is one of the best ways to get onto campus, connect with other parents, and have a direct impact on your child’s time at Kōloa Elementary. From the activities we provide and funds we give back, to the community and friendships we build—it all makes a difference.

When my daughter graduated from 5th grade, she told me the thing she would miss most was all the parents and the fun events they held at school. 🥹 The kids notice us showing up!

And PTA doesn’t have to be overwhelming!
• You don’t have to do every activity
• Come when you can, as your schedule allows
• Every little bit of involvement helps!

Why the membership fee? A portion goes to Hawaiʻi State PTA, a portion stays right here at Kōloa, and a portion covers the insurance that allows us to hold activities on campus.

📣We’re excited to announce KPD’s 5th Annual Touch-A-Truck!

📍Vidinha Stadium parking lot in Līhu‘e.

🚒This event is free and open to the public. Come on down and sit in, touch, see and learn about all kinds of vehicles.

Today our students enjoyed “Lunch with a Cop” alongside officers from the Kauai Police Department 💙

It just so happened to line up perfectly with spirit weeks future Career Day, and we even had a few future police officers on campus today! 👮‍♂️✨

Mahalo to the officers who took the time to talk story with students, answer questions, and help build positive connections with our keiki.

As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, students wrote personal notes to fill jars for our teachers and staff 💛
Some of the messages from the kiddos were truly beautiful, heartfelt, and sincere. You can really feel the love and appreciation from the students who spend so much time with these amazing educators every day.
