The Holi Festival of Colors, is a vibrant Hindu festival celebrated primarily in India and Nepal, but also in many parts of the world where there's a South Asian community. It's known for the joyful throwing of colored powders, dancing, music, and a spirit of togetherness.
Last week our students had the opportunity to have our own Holi Festival, along with a presentation of the meaning behind it! This event was organized by the school of HSS (Intro to Folklore class), International Student club, and the Hispanic Center.
