For Friday, August 14, Taylor Community Schools will be on a two hour delay so our bus drivers, parents, and students can navigate roadways in the daylight. We will continue to monitor throughout the morning.

Congratulations to Faith Phalen, Taylor High School’s Athlete of the Week. Phalen led the Lady Titans with a 57 as Taylor earned its first win of the season, defeating Clinton Central by 12 strokes.

For Thursday, August 13, Taylor Schools will be operating on a two hour delay due to dense fog.

Due to the flooding in areas, we are going to release the middle/high school 15 minutes early, at 2:23, to allow the bus drivers extra time if they need to take alternative routes. Giving extra time will help ensure buses return to elementary on time to pick up those students on time.
