📢 ATTENTION ALL KOKOMO AREA FAMILIES: With tomorrow being the last day of school, summer is officially almost here! To help keep our students fueled up over the break, Kokomo School Corporation is happy to announce FREE summer lunches to ALL area children, 18 years of age & under! Through the USDA Summer Nutrition Program for Kids, lunches will be served daily from 11:55 AM to 12:40 PM, Monday through Friday, June 8 – June 26 at Carver Community Center.

Nothing shouts end of year fun like BUBBLE DAY! Students made a bubble wand, learned about how bubbles are made, made bubble solution, and played with them outside. Our amazing teacher also incorporated math, phonics, reading compression and writing activities related to bubbles! 🫧

All of our 1st graders learned about the importance of honeybees last week! Mrs. Wrightsman taught them how to spread dandelion seeds so more would grow for the honeybees. After learning about how to make more grow, the students picked dandelions and then helped make dandelion JELLY! This week the 1st grade tried the jelly on crackers. What a treat!
