A reminder that the academy will be closed Thursday and Friday June 18 and 19 for the Haynes Apperson festival on our street.

Much of our street parking has been taken up because of the strawberry festival down town, but you are welcome to park at St. Andrews church for your lessons today.

So... We haven't raised our prices in many years. I have been putting it off as long as possible but unfortunately the costs of everything have gone up so much we truly can't put it off any longer. That being said, I am trying to do just the minimum raise and see how this fares for us because we really don't want to burden any of the families who take lessons here or make music education less accessible to anyone in our community. Beginning in January the cost of all our classes will be going up by just $5 per month. I can't guarantee that we won't have to raise them again in the future but we will continue to do our best to get by with what money we bring in so we can continue to serve our community in an economy that is increasingly difficult not just for us but for all of you. Thank you to all of the families who support what we do here. It is such a blessing to be excited to go to work each day and make music with all of you.
