Brent from Fit Body Boot Camp was able to start our New Year off right. Once again, the lifetime fitness class was able to participate in one of his amazing workouts. It is a great partnership that we are lucky to have. Thank you!

Before break, Group 1 Workout Wednesday groups were able to work with the Wisconsin National Guard and do a fun game of Archery tag. Thank you Sargent Nathan Preder and other staff.

Former North High Grad and Owner of Core Connections Pilates, Kayla Schetter, was able to share her focus of helping people transform themselves into better movers and healthy individuals. The students were able to participate in a variety of pilates movements, strength core activities and partner Acro work.

Well it was Friday the 13th and we were very lucky to have Maggie from Midwest Power Yoga come to visit. Maggie does so well with high school students. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share your expertise with us. This was a well needed activity for them to engage in.

Today I had the pleasure of working with former student, SASD graduate, and motivational speaker Sigfried. There are no words to express how proud I am of this young man. He has taking his obstacles and life and has found a true purpose. He has taken his trials and tribulations to the next level and giving back to his community. Thank you Sigfried.
