is almost here!!!! September 20th-26th

Founded in 1998, National Nanny Recognition Week was created to honor the professional nannies who care for children and support families every single day. It’s a week set aside to say what often goes unsaid: this work is skilled, it’s essential, and the people who do it deserve to be seen.

Knox Nanny Collective is proud to celebrate the professional nannies of Knoxville and the surrounding area, in collaboration with Sweet Peas Nanny Agency. Join us Sunday, September 20 at Kerns Food Hall from 12:00 to 2:00 PM for lunch, community, and a chance to shop small with our local market vendors. 🍂 FREE PRINTABLE IN COMMENTS! 🍂

A simple fall color-matching activity you can use again and again!

How to set it up:
🍁 Print the fall leaf activity and slide it into a sheet protector.
🍁 Wipe a thin layer of baby oil or olive oil over the outside of the sheet protector.
🍁 Add small drops of colored water around the page.
🍁 Give your child a craft stick, popsicle stick, or similar tool and have them drag each drop to the matching colored leaf!

This is a fun way to practice color matching and fine-motor control—and there’s something pretty satisfying about chasing those little drops around the page. 😊
