Let’s be brutally honest: hoping a ghosted lead magically texts you back is not a business strategy.

If you are still door-knocking, cold-calling, or grinding through 14-hour days, you aren't hustling, you are just exhausting yourself. The market shifted, and those old-school methods are officially dead.

The agents making the real money right now have completely flipped the script from chasing to attracting.

Here is the new baseline:

Cap your week at 30 hours. Setting a strict boundary forces you to delete the busy work and focus strictly on revenue.

Throw away the generic scripts. If you sound like every other agent, you will be ignored like every other agent.

Stop groveling. Position yourself as the expert so clients actually respect your time and come to you.
