The Perfect Chaos Podcast is back, and it looks a little different this time.

I’m stepping behind the microphone on my own for this new season, but the heart of the podcast remains the same: honest, practical, research-informed conversations about education and the very human work of teaching.

The first relaunch episode, “You Don’t Have to Be Ready for Everything,” is for every educator preparing for a new school year while quietly wondering whether they have done enough.

You do not have to anticipate every problem, perfect every system, or have every answer before students arrive. You need to prepare enough to begin, then remain willing to learn, adjust, and grow alongside the people who enter the room.
