Milton Collins Day Camp

Milton Collins Day Camp Milton Collins Day Camp (MCDC) is a fun-filled traditional day camp for K-10th grade with many added extras that cannot be found anywhere else in Knoxville.

At MCDC, we don't teach diversity, we live it. The CORE PROGRAM runs from 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Monday through Friday. Before Care from 7:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m. and After Care
from 3:30 p.m.–6 p.m. available at
an extra charge. Youth of all faiths are welcome. The summer camp program promotes and provides a multi-cultural experience. Field Trips or Late night/Overnight every week! White Water Rafting
Tubing
Other fun trips
Fun weekly themes! Daily swim lessons! Free swim in our large pool during camp! Snacks included! Before and After-Care options! Tennis lessons! Pizza Fridays! Indoor facilities include full gym, classrooms
Outdoor facilities include playground, 13 acres
fields, Ga-Ga pit, pool, four tennis courts

Grades K- 6
Core program includes sports, arts and crafts, nature, swimming, music, and drama
Grade-level groupings

Grades 7-9
Teen Adventures Program (TAP)
Focuses on mitzvah (good deeds), teamwork,
leadership, and community-based projects

Grade 10
Counselor-in-Training Program (CIT)
Requires application and interview process

It is hard to believe that tomorrow is the end of our amazing camp season! Next year will be even better, and we hope you will join us! Registration should open in late January. Next summer we are planning to do a weekly electronic newsletter. However, for now please enjoy this small snippet of pictures from our summer. More to come tomorrow! Our staff truly loves your children! We will miss you and hope the school year is amazing. We cannot wait to have more fun under the sun!
