Hey everyone, Helix Sleep is sponsoring our September National Tournament by donating a Queen Hybrid Signature Mattress and Taekwondo America is raffling it off for ONLY $20 per ticket! Sign-ups are at the front desk & results are due Sept. 19th.

And no, you don't have to do them blindfolded...
But it would be cool if you did.
