Yesterday we enjoyed celebrating Read Across America Day with our Elementary and Little Rams divisions. Mayor Jacobs joined us to read to our 3rd and 4th graders, making the day even more special. Our 2nd graders had a hands-on celebration of their own, cooking and tasting green eggs and ham.
From guest readers to classroom fun, it was a joyful reminder of the power of books, imagination, and learning together.

Segond Sompa and Logan Connatser were our February Athletes of the Month, sponsored by Modern Woodmen of America.
Segond has been a dominant force this season, averaging 18.7 points and 10.2 rebounds per game while shooting 68% from two and 31% from three. His impact on both ends of the floor has helped lead GCA to an outright District Championship and earned him honors including District MVP, All-Tournament recognition, and finalist nods for BCAT Player of the Year and TSSAA Division II-A Mr. Basketball. We are proud of the way he represents Ram Nation.
Logan has delivered an exceptional senior season, earning District Tournament MVP while leading the Lady Rams to a District Championship in a record-breaking year. Shooting 40% from three and maintaining a 4.0 GPA, she exemplifies excellence on and off the court. Logan will continue her education at the University of Tennessee, and we are incredibly proud of her leadership and legacy at GCA.
Congratulations to both of these outstanding student-athletes for the standard they continue to set.

Thank you, One Grace! 💙
Because of your generosity, our Graphic Design class and brand-new Multimedia Communications class now have 20 new MacBook Pros to fuel creativity and innovation.
These tools will allow students to sharpen their artistic and digital media skills while creating meaningful, real-world projects that directly impact and enhance the GCA community.
We are incredibly grateful for donors who invest in our students and their future.

Across all divisions today, our students were reminded where true joy and strength are found.
In Elementary Chapel, Amy and Jeff Bryant shared from Philippians 4:4, encouraging students to rejoice in the Lord always and remember that joy comes from knowing Jesus, not from our circumstances.
In Early Middle, Middle, and High School, Desiree Lowe taught from Philippians 4:1–3 on working together and standing firm in the Lord. We are not changed by our own effort, but transformed by His power.
What a gift it is to gather, worship, and be rooted in truth together.

Formation does not only happen in the classroom.
Yesterday, several of our students had the opportunity to serve at Grace Oak Ridge, helping prepare the worship center for ministry.
This is part of how we equip students at GCA — not just with knowledge, but with a heart to serve Christ faithfully.

Dads and daughters filled the room with joy last night at our annual Daddy Daughter Dance. We are grateful to our Dance Team for creating such a sweet tradition that celebrates family and community.
