PTCA of TSD

The purpose of PTCA is to promote the educational welfare of Tennessee Schools for the Deaf students.

One primary goal of PTCA is that every student has what they need to succeed. PTCA steps in to provide necessary items to students if it cannot be provided through the state or their families.
