There's a degree for learning how to read a balance sheet, and there's a degree for learning how to lead the people who make everything else work. The culture builders, the communicators, the ones who hold teams together when things get hard.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Johnson University is the second one. Fully online, faith integrated, and built for working professionals who are ready to lead with vision, integrity, and purpose.

Is it time?

POV: Reflecting on National Higher Education Day through graduation season. 🎓

Sunday Reflection:

Yesterday was National Higher Education Day, and these photos from graduation rehearsal and our undergraduate and graduate commencement ceremonies seem fitting.

Sometimes when people talk about higher education, the conversation centers around statistics, trends, or headlines.

But these photos are a reminder that higher education is really about people.

Students who worked hard to reach this moment.

Faculty and staff who poured into them along the way.

Families and friends who cheered them on.

At Johnson University, we get to see firsthand how Christian higher education shapes lives, strengthens faith, and prepares students to make a difference wherever God calls them.

Most of those stories will never make the news.

But they're happening every day.

And that's something worth celebrating.

POV: Summer is here… and we have a feeling some of you really needed that. 😅

This has been a season of so much. Some of you just walked across a stage and turned a tassel. Some finished your hardest semester yet. Some quietly hit a milestone nobody else saw coming… but you knew what it cost you to get there. And that matters.

Scripture doesn’t just permit rest. It models it. Even in the rhythm of creation, God built in a moment to pause and call things good. This summer, we want to give you permission to do the same. Call this season good. Breathe. Let God meet you in the stillness.

Not every bloom makes the headlines. Some of the most beautiful growth happens in quiet places… in small victories, private breakthroughs, and seeds planted long before anyone noticed. But God sees every single one. And He calls it good.

You’ve worked hard. You’ve grown. And the same God who carried you through this year isn’t stopping here. He’s walking right into this season with you. ☀️🌸
