Junior Appalachian Musicians- N. Knox

Hi JAM Families,
I’m posting to let you know that our plans for a Winter/Spring semester for N. Knox JAM are on hold, for several reasons, including less than ideal enrollment, we’re working on securing more grant funding, and mostly, its because I need to resign my position as program director and fiddle instructor.
I love JAM so much, and I love working with these kids and instructors. I’ve got some great opportunities coming up that I need to pursue, while at the same time I am dealing with some minor health issues that are stress related.
I’ve sent all the pre-registrations to our regional field coordinator Cody Bauer. When a JAM program starts back up in the area he’ll be in touch.
In the meantime, I’m still leading Smoky Mtn. JAM in Townsend, if you are close enough to drive there, we still have room. You can find me on the radio on Saturday mornings 10:00 AM on WDVX 89.9 FM. Starting February 15 I will be taking over hosting “Kidstuff” from beloved creator and long time host of the show, Sean McCullough.
