Thursday is packed with Tiger athletics!

Come out and support PFJH all afternoon and evening:

Tennis vs Seymour — 4:00 PM
Volleyball vs Northview — 5:00 PM
Girls Soccer vs Cocke County — 7:00 PM

All three are home events, so there are plenty of chances to come out and support our Tigers.

Thursday is Orange Out for Spirit Week at PFJH, so all students are encouraged to come to school dressed in orange.

Then keep the orange going Thursday night as the Tigers host Rutledge at 6:30 PM. A win puts PFJH #1 in the division.

Pigeon Forge Tigers Youth Wrestling will be holding an interest/sign-up meeting Wednesday, September 16 from 6:00–7:00 PM at the Pigeon Forge High School Wrestling Building.

This is an AAU youth wrestling program and is not a Pigeon Forge Junior High School-sponsored team or activity. We’re sharing this information as an opportunity for students in our community who may be interested in wrestling.

We’ve got a full week ahead with benchmark testing, Picture Day, fall sports pictures, Orange Out on Thursday, and Teacher Appreciation Day on Friday.

Note: On Friday, due to expected heavy traffic, we will have early dismissal at 2PM.

Several Tiger athletic events are also happening throughout the week, so be sure to check the graphic for game times, locations, and the daily lunch menu.

PFJH Parents and Guardians:

Sevier County Schools has adopted a weighted GPA and Latin Honors System beginning with the Class of 2030—this year’s freshmen—and all classes that follow. This change does not affect current sophomores, juniors, or seniors.

Additional information will be shared this spring as our current eighth-grade students begin preparing their four-year high-school plans.
