If you haven't submitted an updated Proof of Residency, please go ahead and do that now, as that is a Required to Stay document.

Grade-Specific Requirements:
* Rising 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th graders must complete a short health screening form.
* Rising 7th graders must upload an updated immunization form or waiver.
