Blueberry Muffin Recipe
1/2 cup unsalted
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Makes 12 muffins. Recipe can be halved.

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a muffin tin with paper or spray with cooking spray.
Combine butter and sugars until creamy. Add in eggs one at a time. Add in sour cream, stir until combined. Add in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Stir until combined. Add in blueberries and stir.
Place in muffin tin and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted in the middle and comes out clean. Enjoy!
